Meet Our Administrative Team
For more than 15 years, I have had the privilege of serving students and families in education. My passion began in the church, where I grew up participating in and later leading church programs, and continued in college through mentorship programs. Through those experiences, I learned there is nothing greater than love, and those principles became the foundation for Baymeadows Children’s Academy.
When BCA opened in January 2018, my vision was to create more than a child care center—I wanted to create a place where children and families truly feel at home. Guided by values of kindness, integrity, and service, we strive to help every child grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a safe, supportive environment.
It is an honor to serve our students, families, and community, and I am grateful each day to lead a school where love is at the heart of all we do.

Hi, My name is Ms Tammy. I have worked in the early childhood education field for over 30 years. I have a Master of Arts in Education, Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development, and an Associate of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. In my spare time I love hanging out with my family and being outdoors. The thing I love most about BCA is that they are my extended family which makes coming to work everyday enjoyable. I am excited to be apart of the BCA Family and look forward to meeting and working with each of you.
